We respect your privacy and are committed to maintaining and using the information responsibly. 

We do not sell, rent or share your email address, home address, or any other personal information with any other third parties.

Returns

If any product purchased by you is faulty, please contact Nicole Tuxford on 0407 912 995 or via email 
nic@cinnamonsister.com.au  regarding your return before your product is mailed to us.

Upon confirmation from us, please enclose your receipt and merchandise within 7 days of receipt of the goods, in a box to specified address.

Send the box back to us registered mail. Please allow two weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.  Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges. .

Please contact us before sending back any products.

We strive to keep all our clients happy and will endeavour to solve any problems which may arise during your shopping experience with us.

Care Instructions

We recommend you observe the following care instructions so you can enjoy your leather bag or accessory for many years:

Leathergoods:

Store the article in pouch provided to protect it.

You should keep your  product dry and protect it from direct sources of heat.

Avoid exposure to sunlight as the colour of your leather article may fade.

Leather is permeable to grease and make up. Keep both grease and make up away from your product.

To clean products, wipe all with a soft cloth.

Light colour leather is prone to absorbing other dye stuffs it comes into contact with, so please take care when wearing dark clothing.

Jewellery:

Our jewellery has been crafted using mixed metals, beads, chain and other embellishments.

Inconsistencies in the colour, size and pattern of beads will occur, which is our intention.

Most of our jewellery components are put together by hand. 

Care must be taken as our handmade pieces are very delicate.

If dropped, stones may fall out, embellishments may break and we cannot take responsibility for any breakages that occur through rough handling.

Our mixed metal pieces have been crafted using a variety of different metals. Our non precious chains are either steel, alluminium or brass.

Please take care when using items such as perfume and creams, as some metals can react to these which may result in the metals tarnishing. 

Wipe jewellery with a soft dry cloth.

 Please store your jewellery individually in the pouches provided when they are not being worn.
